Please read all the Delivery & Returns information on this page before placing your order. By placing an order, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all the information below.

I make every item myself especially for you. The time it will take me to make your veil varies throughout the year, depending on the volume of orders I have. Click here for my current production times.
Orders are sent on a first ordered, first made and shipped basis, unless you purchase 'Rush My Order' when you purchase your veil.
If you need to receive your veil quickly, purchasing the Rush My Order listing will put your order to the front of my order queue, and will upgrade your shipping to a much faster service.
Your veil will be made to order (current production times are here), and will then be shipped free of charge to you.
Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct. I am not responsible for undelivered parcels where the address on the order is incorrect. If a parcel is returned to me undelivered due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the outward shipping costs to have the item re-sent - I cannot refund the cost of the item, or cancel your order.
I send my veils via Royal Mail First Class Signed For in the UK, which usually takes 1 working day.
I send my veils via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for most orders, which takes approximately 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days to most other countries including the USA and Canada. Orders being sent to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Japan are sent EITHER Royal Mail International Tracked OR Royal Mail International Signed, and can take a little longer, up to 2 weeks (I will ask you which mail service you would prefer).
I cannot guarantee delivery times unless you contact me for expedited shipping (I use UPS and FedEx for brides who are in a hurry), and this is at additional cost - please contact me for more info.
FABRIC SAMPLES take 1 - 2 working days to be prepared and are then sent via Royal Mail Second Class in the UK taking approximately 2 days, and via Royal Mail standard airmail to all other countries, which takes between 3 working days to 1 - 2 weeks, depending on your location.
VERY IMPORTANT - BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES/DUTIES/TAXES IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. Please make yourself aware of what these are for your own country, before placing your order. I will not state an item is a 'gift' in an attempt to avoid Customs charges, as it is illegal.
I am not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to Customs holding your parcel for longer than is usual. Delays at Customs are totally out of my control, so please ensure you allow extra time when you order your item, should this happen.
Your may cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
If you've purchased a standard item from my shop and it isn't right for any reason, you can return it to the address at the bottom of the page. You must tell me you're going to be returning your item within 14 days of receiving, and dispatch it back to me within one month. There are exclusions to this:
~ CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned as they are 'one off' unique pieces made for you.
~ PURE FRENCH SILK TULLE VEILS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. This is because I buy the silk tulle at considerable cost for each veil when the order is received, and I cannot send the fabric back once I have made your veil! As these veils cannot be returned or exchanged, please ensure you order samples and choose the colour carefully: order fabric samples here.
Please do not send your item back to me without first contacting me to inform me that you would like a return or an exchange.
When I receive your item in perfect condition in its original packaging, I will send you a refund (excluding 'Rush My Order' fee if applicable), or make you a replacement. Any replacement item is subject to the same processing time as your original order, unless you purchase the 'Rush My Order' listing alongside your return.
IMPORTANT - BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (AND THE COST OF SHIPPING THE REPLACEMENT ITEM, IF APPLICABLE).
No returns are accepted after the date of your wedding has passed.
In the unlikely event that your veil arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the outer and inner packaging, and with photos of the item, so I can help.
