About Blossom and Bluebird

I opened Blossom & Bluebird at the start of 2016 on Etsy, and have received hundreds of five star reviews from delighted brides. My veils are regularly featured on high-profile wedding blogs including Love My Dress, Rock My Wedding, Whimsical Wonderland Weddings, WedLuxe and The Knot, and I ship free of charge across the globe, with many brides ordering from the USA and also from Australia, Canada, and across Europe. I'm proud to be a Rock My Wedding 'Official Supplier'.

I make every veil myself, in my small studio in the tranquil countryside of East Sussex, in the south of England. I use only the finest tulles, the most luxurious silks and the most exquisite lace. I give every bride the time, attention and care that I would want to receive myself - choosing a wedding veil is a rare and special event, so I want each bride to remember it fondly in years to come!

I sell my veils direct to brides in only two places: on this website, and in my Etsy shop. At the heart of my shop is a core collection of beautifully simple veils that can be worn with any style of wedding gown, encompassing traditional, bohemian, and vintage styles. I also make stunning draped veils, Juliet cap veils, mantilla veils, lace edged veils, drop veils, lace applique veils, colourful veils, and alternative styles that are a little different! I hand-cut and hand-sew my veils, and I make my silk flowers with traditional millinery tools. So much love goes into each veil.

I also regularly make bespoke wedding veils for brides who want something that's not currently available in my shop. I've made many custom veils, and I'd love to chat to you about your options - just send me a message!

I run Blossom & Bluebird on my own and take care of every aspect of your order personally, from responding to your first enquiry through to sewing, packing and posting your precious veil. Due to this, I can get very busy, particularly during peak UK wedding season! But if you need your veil quickly, please contact me - I'll always do my best to help.
